Enterprise Slack channel
If your organization has an Enterprise Conveyor subscription, a dedicated Slack channel has been set up for you. Simply ask your team or manager for details on how to get started. We're committed to providing top-notch support, so you can expect a response from us within 2 hours during business hours.
Community Slack channel
We have a Slack community that's available to every user of Conveyor, regardless of the subscription tier they're on - even if it's the free tier. Please feel free to reach out to us there with any questions, bug reports, ideas, or feedback you have. We'll do our best to respond to your messages within 48 hours.
If your organization has an Enterprise subscription, we recommend using your dedicated Enterprise Slack channel (see section above). This will make it easier for your co-workers to reference your questions and conversations in the future.
